It is no exaggeration to say that it is not only the excellent cuisine of this restaurant that is top notch, but also its location on the top floor of the Henninger Tower. And so guests' eyes wander back and forth between the beautifully arranged plates on the table, the open show kitchen and, of course, the Frankfurt skyline that stretches out behind the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. Christian Mook, founder of the Mook Group, which owns several Frankfurt restaurants, describes the culinary concept of his rooftop location as "Progressive German Vintage Cuisine". A motto in the spirit of his great-aunt Franziska, a passionate cook and namesake of the restaurant, who constantly recreated traditional German dishes, paid attention to regionality and sustainability and gave her dishes a modern touch with oriental, Mediterranean or Asian flavours.
