The German Museum of Culinary Art and Table Culture opened on 25 November 2015 after almost 30 years of preparatory work.

The Frankfurt museum is a place for the examination, study and research of historical and contemporary eating and drinking culture in all its facets; at the same time, with seminars and lectures, it is a place of teaching for the professional hospitality industry and hospitality in the private sphere. On the basis of cultural history, the exhibitions and events will always focus on contemporary cookery and dining culture.
