There are a variety of themed tours to choose from, each lasting between one and a maximum of two hours. 
Even though each tour is uniquely designed and cannot be directly combined with another, it is possible to book different tours one after the other.
If less time is available and a shorter tour is preferred, the content may be adapted accordingly to fit into the time slot available. The price for the tour remains unchanged.
You only book the guides for our one-hour to two-hour tours. If you would like individual half-day or full-day programmes, we recommend that you contact the members of the Association of Frankfurt Tour Guides.

The Hop On-Hop Off city tours are offered daily at specific times and anyone may take part in them with a valid ticket.

With the exclusive round-trip tour, it is possible to book a guide privately for your own group. In this case, the date may be set according to your individual requirements.

For tours taken in your own coach, you may indeed request a preferred date and time.

Tours may be requested at any time, even at short notice. However, availability is not guaranteed in every case, as our guides are also booked elsewhere as freelancers. Especially during the high season, we recommend making enquiries at least four weeks in advance.

One guide per coach is required for round trips. 
Private bus tours are available in more than 15 different languages.

Our tiyr guides are easy to recognise as they usually either wear a tour guide badge on their clothing or carry a bag/backpack labelled "Frankfurt City Tours".

The exact meeting point varies depending on the tour. Detailed information may be found on our website in the description of the respective tour, in the non-binding offer and in the order confirmation.
If you wish to be picked up at a different location that matches the planned route, we will be happy to check on the possibility of such a request. Please note that this may incur additional costs.

Arrival for coach groups:
Bus groups may easily board and de-board at the centrally located bus stop on Berliner Straße/St Paul's Church.

As a rule, we do not disclose the tour guide's contact details. The TCF is your contact for all matters.
In the event of a delay, you should contact us immediately by telephone. The relevant contact numbers will be provided upon completion of the booking.

Once your round-trip tour is booked, we will send you an order confirmation together with the invoice and payment details. Please note that payment in cash is not possible. You will find more details on payment methods on our website, in the description of the respective tour, in the non-binding offer and in the order confirmation.

Cancellations are possible free of charge up to two weeks before the scheduled date of the tour. This rule also applies to cancelling individual services if several tour guides have been booked.
