The city of Frankfurt is a pioneer in climate and environmental protection as well as sustainability. It has set itself ambitious goals in these areas. These include the resolutions to achieve climate neutrality by 2035 for the city as a whole and by 2030 for the municipal administration. Achieving these goals is a major and joint task that can only be successful if all parts of the city's society work together.

As a municipal limited company, we support and pursue the goals set for the benefit of the entire city, its residents and all local businesses and institutions. In doing so, we are committed to protecting the environment - including the prevention of environmental pollution - and want to be a role model. That is why we want to work intensively in the areas of climate and environmental protection and sustainability, create good examples and develop a new self-image. Part of this involves honouring binding commitments and continuously improving our approach.

Our aim is to motivate others and support them in implementing measures so that we can leave a region worth living in for future generations.
