To this end, he mixes caipirinhas & Co behind his bar; with a bit of luck, a picture-book sunset behind the Frankfurt skyline will be added to the mix. On normal summer days, the Main Cocktail Bar opens in the afternoon between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., and at weekends between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. The last drink is usually served shortly before midnight.
