Each of the three cinemas has its own character – the Eldorado, for example, was the first cinema in Frankfurt to reopen after the Second World War. Founded in 1912 as the Scala-Filmtheater, the bar is popular again today for its 1920s style - and for its homemade iced tea in summer or the special drinks that are created to accompany selected films. Some of the rooms and the bar in the Harmonie have also retained their retro charm and the Cinéma bar not only serves popcorn, but also a French bistro atmosphere including macarons, homemade lemonades and quiches.
