For fans of sophisticated European-Asian fusion cuisine, this restaurant is a must. Head chef Hai Hoang Minh comes from Vietnam and opened L'Arôme in 2022. He has already worked in a number of exquisite Frankfurt kitchens, such as the Lafleur restaurant and the Tigerpalast.
"Fragrances of the world" is what he calls his leitmotif at L'Arôme and this is reflected on two floors: downstairs on the ground floor, cooking takes place in the open kitchen, while a spiral staircase leads up to the bright first floor, where large windows offer a view of Willy-Brandt-Platz and the city's theatres. L'Arome seats a good 50 guests; lots of wood, light and beautiful floral decor on the walls create a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere.
The evening menu offers a choice of four to six courses, each named after an ingredient. From Atlantic halibut to yuzu – Hai Hoang Minh creatively and ingeniously brings West and East together in each module.
